Each session begins and ends with a traditional Hawaiian pule (prayer chant), cultivating intentional healing. Utilizing light to deep pressure, Lomi Lomi intentionally sends focus as deep as the bones, flushing tissues and directing the body’s fluids toward the heart.
Heather enriches your healing experience by incorporating modalities such as cupping, essential oils, therapeutic hot towels, and Ili Ili (hot stones) to transform & soften connective tissue throughout your session.

Lomi Lomi
E Komo Mai – A warm Hawaiian welcome, meaning “Come in” or “You are welcome here.”
Lomi Lomi – A traditional Hawaiian healing massage identified by rhythmic, flowing strokes intended to align your physical & spiritual body, connecting you to your ancestors.
Pule – A sacred Hawaiian prayer or chant , often offered before a session to invite guidance, protection, and spiritual connection.
Ha – The sacred breath of life, essential in Hawaiian healing practices for grounding and energy flow.
Hāpai – Hawaiian for “to carry” or “to lift,” often referring to pregnancy; in massage, it relates to prenatal care.
ʻIli ʻIli – A Hawaiian hot stone massage using smooth, heated stones to soothe muscles and enhance relaxation.
Aloha – More than a greeting, it embodies love, compassion, and the essence of connectedness in healing.

Hawaiian hot stone massage
